Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy group promotes best practice in corporate behaviour and its effects on the social and natural environments. The group offers a learning opportunity for BPCC members and a platform for voicing ideas to the Government and local authorities. The aim is to create a better understanding of CSR and to ensure that Poland becomes a CSR-friendly economy.

The BPCC's CSR policy group met in Warsaw on 28 September 2011 at PwC premises in Warsaw.
The Polish translation of AA1000 series was launched in Warsaw on 16 June. The standards were officially announced during a conference on stakeholder engagement and dialogue.
BPCC CSR Group meeting – 20 April 2011
The BPCC’s CSR policy group met on 23 February in Teatr Kamienica. The meeting focused around a presentation entitled ‘Practical applications of the AA1000 standard of stakeholder engagement’, carried out by Liliana Anam, manager of CSRinfo. The moderator of the discussion which followed was Agata Stafiej-Bartosik, a manager at PwC.
The CSR policy group met at Piwnica Warsza of Warsaw’s Kamienica Theatre on 23 November to hear about the new ISO 26000 standard in corporate social responsibility, which was officially launched at the beginning of the month. The meeting was chaired by Irena Pichola, sustainable business solutions leader at PWC.
The BPCC CSR Policy Group meeting took place on 15th July in the Teatr Kamienica in Warsaw. The efficient sponsoring was the main topic. The meeting was attended by representatives of BPCC Member companies as well as government and non-government organizations responsible for promoting culture.
The BPCC CSR Policy Group met on 20 April to discuss the development of the SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) initiative in Poland.
Despite the summer holidays nearly 30 participants gathered at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) Press Centre for a morning BPCC CSR Group meeting to hear about the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Businesses.
On 16th June 2009 the BPCC CSR Policy Group held its 3rd meeting at the premises of Provident Polska S.A.
The second meeting of the BPCC Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Policy Group) was held in the Warsaw headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Responding to its member’s demands, the Chamber has created a BPCC Corporate Social Responsibility Policy Group. This is the seventh BPCC policy group to be formed.
